Residence Manassei is housed in an historical building dating back to 1200, which has been completely and tastefully restored.

The Residence is perfectly located in a quiet but lively pedestrian area in the heart of the historical center of Prato, only two steps from the Duomo and the town’s main monuments.
Residence Manassei can be your home for a night or even for a long term stay: it offers 11 tastefully and completely furnished mini apartments, which can accommodate small groups or single guests. Each apartment is accessible by lift, is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen corner; double or twin bedroom with TV led, direct telephone; a/c and heating, bathroom with shower and hairdryer and free high speed wireless broadband Wi-fi connection.

The cellar is always open for our guests who want to prepare a coffee, a tea, a hot chocolate. There is also a microwave, toaster, kettle and electric oven. A common area, warm and welcoming, created to share a moment with other guests or simply to take advantage of a free service for those staying with us

On the top floor there’s a roof garden which is always open and where you can choose to do what is most convenient at that moment: have a cup of tea, read a book, enjoy a romantic dinner, sunbathe, have a small party with a few friends or just enjoy the beautiful view of the old roof tops of Prato.

The proximity of the train station allows guests to reach us easily on foot, instead for those arriving by car, we offer permits with which you can park for free in some neighboring streets.
